Leonardo DiCaprio:

This is a post about Leonardo DiCaprio… not for any particular reason other than the fact that he is awesome.

There aren’t many things in this world that truly send a chill down my spine.

But an emotional Leonardo DiCaprio is one of them.

Please click here for an awesome video of Leo simply freaking out.

Leo is one of the best actors living today.

But really.

Have you ever seen a Leo movie that you thought he was terrible in?
I haven’t.

And if you think you have, well then… I think you should get off my site now.

When I was a little girl in elementary school, I knew that I had found my husband.

All it took was a Leo filled episode of Growing Pains.

Obviously I know now that we will never be married, I’m already happily married to my husband.

So Leo missed his chance.

But anyways…

Every character that Leo brings to life makes me feel like I’m watching a real person, not a character, not an actor.

It almost makes me wonder if in real life he is really a cigarette smoking, cussing, beautiful, angry man.

Which would be okay with me.

Here are some of my favorite Leo characters:

Out of all the movies he has stared in, my first and current favorite, is Baz Luhrmann’s version of Romeo and Juliet.

This movie made me fall in love with the arts.

Every aspect of the film is pure genius and Leo’s acting is the glue that holds everything together.

I have never seen such emotion displayed on screen.

Despite all of his talents, for some reason, he has yet to receive an Oscar.

But hopefully this year will be different!

I hope, for his sake.

Since award season started, Leo has already won Best Actor in a Comedy at the Golden Globes for his role in The Wolf of Wall Street, but he went home empty handed recently at the BAFTAs.
